Tessa Construction & Tech Company, LLC (Tessa Construction) is a heavy-highway, site development, and utility construction contractor located in Chantilly, Virginia. Tessa Construction provides all aspects of site design and development and road construction, mainly in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Tessa Construction has developed site design and coordination and can perform all the tasks required to prepare a site for construction from clearing and earthwork to laying pipe and paving.  We are your turnkey solution by doing whatever it takes to give you what you need from start to finish. We stay on the job until you are satisfied.

Tessa Construction can handle your Sanitary sewer, Storm sewer and Water line pipe requirements, from 4" pipe to 96" pipe and larger. We have the necessary experience to help you solve any development problem you may have.

 

Tessa Construction has the one of the finest fleets of heavy construction equipment and trucks in the Northern Virginia. They are maintained and operated by highly skilled mechanics and operators.  

Our fleet of heavy construction equipment consists of Bulldozers, Scrapers, Loaders, Backhoes, Excavators, Mack & Volvo Dump Trucks, Compactors, Drills, Trenchers, Rollers, Bobcats, and Tractors, alongside dozens of specialty types of equipment. 

 

To produce a site that complies with the plan and looks good, we use the most high-performance equipment and vehicles such as bulldozers, trucks, loaders, backhoes, graders, and rollers. Our fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles is maintained by our own shop mechanics. This allows us to respond to those unforeseen problems and prevent major project delays.

From the foremen to the operators to laborers, our pipe crews are a team that works together as a family to install utilities properly at the right grade and produce reasonable results in quantity.

With our in-house concrete crews, we are able to install curb, gutter, and sidewalks in conjunction with the rest of the site work schedule.

Using detailed construction plans and client instructions, our estimating staff can turn out a timely cost estimate and final scope of work ready for contract execution. In preparation to begin construction, our experienced Project Management team will set the wheels in motion for the equipment to arrive on site and guide your project from start to finish.
